Privacy notice

ClearFigs LLC operates this information site and a business analytics dashboard in private testing. For privacy questions or data requests, contact [email protected]. The dashboard is currently available only to approved RHW Plant Based Cafe & Deli users. Customer signup and paid plans are not available.

Information we handle

For the public information site, our hosting provider receives ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the pages, such as an IP address, requested page, browser information, and time of access. This site has no ClearFigs account form or advertising tracker.

The private dashboard has a hosted pilot protected by Cloudflare Access and ClearFigs sign-in, plus a local development preview. To manage access, ClearFigs keeps an authorized user's verified Google account identifier, email address, business membership, role, and related security and activity records. Business owners may upload CSV reports; their contents depend on the report they choose.

With a business owner's authorization, ClearFigs reads a selected Google Analytics 4 property with the Analytics read-only permission. It stores the property identifier, reporting timezone, dates, aggregate session counts, source and update history, and an encrypted refresh credential so the owner can view reports and refresh them. The hosted RHW pilot currently has one GA4 connection. Analytics sessions are not treated as verified purchases or revenue.

Other private development connections can read selected Google Ads and Search Console reports, Meta Ads reports, and Squarespace website orders when the business authorizes them. These sources remain separate in reports. Depending on the source, ClearFigs may store account or site identifiers, reporting dates and timezone, aggregate traffic or ad results, order identifiers, payment and fulfillment states, paid order totals, refunds, source and update history, and encrypted connection credentials. A Squarespace order response may include customer contact details; the connector is designed to discard those details and raw order responses rather than save them. Other planned providers are not connected merely because they appear on a roadmap.

The optional YouTube connection uses YouTube API Services. After a channel owner approves Google's read-only permissions, ClearFigs can read the selected channel's name and identifier, daily views, watch time, subscribers gained, and top videos. We store those reporting figures, video titles and identifiers, update history, the Google account email used to connect, and an encrypted refresh credential. We use them to show that business's approved members its YouTube reports and refresh them; the channel owner agrees to that access when connecting. Video reports remain separate from advertising, website traffic, and sales. We do not post videos or comments. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

How we use and share information

We use connected and uploaded data to show the authorized business its reports, source history, quality checks, and downloads. We do not sell imported business data or use Google Analytics data to train a general-purpose AI model. Google and other connected providers supply data under their own permissions and terms. Cloudflare hosts this information site and the private pilot application and database; the local development preview runs on the owner's computer. Public customer signup is not open.

Access, retention, and removal

Only authorized private-test users can access a business's dashboard. Connection credentials are encrypted before storage in the private pilot or local development database. A business owner can disconnect a source or revoke provider access in the provider's account settings.

For YouTube, the dashboard's “Disconnect and delete” control revokes the Google grant and removes ClearFigs' stored YouTube reports and connection. It does not remove content on YouTube. You can also revoke ClearFigs' access through your Google security settings or request deletion using the email below. ClearFigs uses ordinary access and sign-in cookies for its private dashboard; it does not use YouTube data to serve advertisements.

Private-test reports and connection records are retained while testing continues unless removal is requested. To request access, correction, or deletion, email [email protected]. We will verify the requester's authority, explain which records can be removed, and confirm the timing. We review deletion requests manually; an automatic deletion schedule is not active. Revoking a provider grant and deleting ClearFigs' stored data are separate actions.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page before making material changes to the service or opening it to other customers. The effective date above identifies this version.
